Katy and Daniel wanted a beautiful place with an elegant feel, while having a western charm at the same time for their wedding. Because of this we chose one of our favorite locations in Colorado, Crooked Willow Farms. Crooked Willow is a great venue for a wedding with a couple that wants an outdoor feel but an elegant look at the same time. Check out this past blog post to learn more about it! Katy and Daniel got married inside Crooked Willows’ ballroom. The ceremony was so beautiful with the aisle lined in white folding chairs and the ballrooms’ huge windows as the backdrop for their I do’s. The groom and his men wore yellow billy button flowers for their boutonnieres and the girls carried bouquets of purple calla lilies, yellow billy buttons and red daisies. One of the best details was Katy wearing her converse shoes that had written on them, I love Daniel. AWWW.
As they had their cocktail hour in the courtyard, we then flipped the ballroom for their mahhhvelous reception. Reds, deep purples and yellow’s were used in floral arrangements throughout the wedding and together we came up with these cute lantern and flower centerpieces. She and Daniel loved books so we included them too to create a super cute look. It really was a very western elegant wedding with adorable charm and we loved planning it with them!
