Vendor of the Week: Socialite Studios

new-picture
One of the best things about our job is meeting fabulous vendors. Recently, Table 6 had the opportunity to work with Joelle, the quirky brainchild behind Socialite Studios! Not only was she a blast to work with, but the images she captured throughout the evening knocked our socks off. Then again, one would expect nothing less from a photographer that is listed by the  AG-WPGA (Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association) as one of the Top 20 Photographers!

Oh yeah, one other minor detail about Joelle… one of her photographs placed 5th in the “Getting Ready” category of a worldwide photograph contest by the WPGA. We can’t wait to shoot another wedding with her – SOON! For more amazing photographs, visit her blog and be sure to check back soon for a recap of our wedding together!

new-pictureNot only is Phillip Lloyd one of the coolest guys we know, but he is also one of THE most sought after photographers in the area. We are reminded why each time he shoots one of our weddings! Phillip doesn’t create perfect photographs… he captures perfect moments. He effortlessly blends edginess with beauty, creating truly unique wedding day memories. We are often amazed by what he sees when looking through his lens, as it always results in spectacular wedding photography. As coordinators, of course we love all of decor detail shots, but our favorites will always be those of the bride.

Vendor of the Week: Concept Bait

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009

concept-bait_page000Concept Bait (one of our fave decor/floral companies) is known for their one of a kind designs. Whether it is with their contemporary lounge furniture, awe-inspiring floral designs or the spectacular uplighting, these guys can make an event go from great to fabulous! How they come up with some of their ideas still amazes us. The continue to leave their decor industry in awe. Lynn McGhee, Chief Creative Officer, was a finalist for the 2009 Spotlight’s “Event Designer of the Year” award. We agree that Concept Bait definitely lives up to the philosophy of “reinventing the art of attraction”!
